I understand not getting responses to emails, or not picking up one or two calls because the place is closed or on lunch break- but missing 4 phone calls, all at different times AND days (to avoid accidentally calling at lunch break, or whatever else) is unacceptable. The calls were during hours where this place was open, and the line didn't even indicate that it was busy.
