I had an average experience with Napleton Porsche. The customer service was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The staff was polite, but not overly friendly. The overall buying process was smooth, although I did encounter a minor issue with the paperwork. The car itself is in great condition and I'm happy with my purchase.
