I have been a customer for Optimotion for the past three years and I must say that their service is average. While they do a decent job, there is still room for improvement. The staff is friendly and professional, but sometimes their response time is a bit slow. Overall, I am satisfied with their service, but I believe there is potential for them to be even better.
