I wasn t aware of this service until I got a call from them. Jo and the team were wonderful throughout the process of placing my dad in a nursing home from hospital. The whole situation was extremely stressful and painful for my family and CHS supported us enormously. Excellent communication from start to finish. Thank you so much.
