Great service only in buying the car. However, 6 phone calls, unanswered emails, unanswered voice mail, rude attitude with 2 people in customer service -- just to find out where to mail our first payment, to whom check should be made payable and when payment is due!!! Was told we would get an invoice -- we still didn't receive it. And this is to make a payment -- I'm sure if I didn't make the payment, I would have your attention. Great service should happen throughout, when a car is purchased and down to customer service to answer a very basic question...
