I recently had the opportunity to use Seatninja's service when dining out with friends. Their website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the option to make a reservation online. However, I found it challenging to customize my reservation preferences. The confirmation email I received was helpful and provided all the necessary details. On the day of our reservation, we arrived and were promptly seated. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but I did notice a delay in getting our drinks and food. Although the food was tasty, I felt it was slightly overpriced for the portion sizes. Overall, my experience with Seatninja was average. While the convenience of online reservations was great, there were some aspects that could be improved to further enhance the dining experience.
