A major bureaucratic problem: To visit the House of Representatives, visitors are asked to go and bring a ticket from their own representative across the street at another building, wait in line again, and go through all the security checks all over again. While you can get a ticket to visit the Senate gallery relatively easily, this is outdated not-so-nice bureaucracy unfitting the 21st century.
