I have been living in Spruce Haven Mobile Home Park for over a year now and I must say, it has been an average experience. The maintenance staff is prompt in addressing issues, but the overall condition of the park leaves much to be desired. The management could do a better job in enforcing the rules and making sure all the common areas are well-maintained. It's an okay place to live, but there is certainly room for improvement.
