We bought a pre-owned Rav4 from Jordan Auto a few weeks back and I was very impressed with the friendly and professional approach of Jordan staff, especially Shawndel Gordon. I test drove a few Rav4s listed on their website and I didn't like them for color and for some other reasons. Then I saw a silver one sitting on another row and I instantly knew I wanted that one. It was not listed on website because they did not finish the title paper work for that Rav4 and so it was not ready to sell in another week. But I wanted the car that day itself since my old car was totaled due to flooding ad I had no other car to drive to work. Shawndel was very friendly and arranged to give us the Rav4 (with full tank gas and his dealer number plate) until the paperwork will be ready (in another week!). We were glad that we got the car we liked on the same evening we went there!

I also noticed the difference compared to my last car buying experience from GurleyLeep. Jordan had fixed price policy, while my GurleyLeep experience was tiring due to price negotiations. The finance guy at GuelyLeep tricked me into buying additional warranty by playing with the "low APR" he promised me if I buy warranty (I was ignorant at that time about the finance tricks played by car dealers). I had no issues at Jordan and I will go back to Jordan for my future purchases, and I will definitely ask for Shawndel.

One suggestion I have for them is to have a better organized coffee place in the waiting area. Coffee creamer was over and there was no cups visible anywhere.
