As a CUSTOMER, I have to say that Ronnas Gifts is an average company. The products are of decent quality and the prices are reasonable. The website is easy to navigate and the checkout process is smooth. However, I feel like the customer service could be improved. I had a question about one of the products and it took them quite a while to respond. Overall, it was an okay experience.
