I recently purchased some equipment through their website and the process was quite smooth. However, I found the delivery time to be longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. The quality of the product is good, but I wish they offered a wider range of options. On the positive side, their customer service was responsive and helpful when I had a few inquiries. Overall, an average experience. ⭐⭐⭐
