I recently used the services of this company and I must say that I had a mixed experience. The website was quite user-friendly and easy to navigate, which I appreciated. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. The representatives seemed knowledgeable, but they were not very responsive to my inquiries, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the quality of the product I received was good. Overall, it was an average experience. I think there is definitely room for improvement in their customer service department. 😉👍
