Corporate office, but does NOT help customers associated with YMCA gyms. They are suppose to provide proper service to customers, but don't even bother to evaluate the complaint. Filed 3 complaints with this location and one 1 got resolved. Was told a director associated with my local YMCA named Sue was going to address the issue and she just input that it was resolved, when reality nothing was resolved. At no given moment was I contacted to present further analyze the situation. I am no longer associating myself YMCA at all, going to cancel mymembership. Not going to be apart of an organization that isn't going to take their customers seriously, nor put initiative to resolve the any issues or complaints filed. Very unprofessional.
