I recently worked with a property management company, and I must say that my experience was quite average. The website was informative and easy to navigate, but I found the customer service to be lacking in responsiveness. I had some concerns that took longer than expected to address, and I felt like there could have been better communication throughout the process. On the positive side, the properties they manage are well-maintained and in good locations. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of client communication and addressing issues in a timely manner. Overall, my experience with the company was average, and I hope to see them make improvements in the future.
