The overall experience with Ruby Ribbon, Inc. was decent. The quality of the products I purchased was good, but the shipping took longer than expected. The website is user-friendly, but I wish they had more variety in their product range. It's an average company, but I wouldn't mind shopping again if they improve their shipping time.
