I have been using the services of American home mortgage servicing for a while now, and I must say they provide an average level of service. The website (ahmsi3.com) is decent, but could use some improvement. The customer support is satisfactory, but there were instances when I had to wait for a long time to get a response. Overall, my experience with them has been average.
