I have been with Marina General Insurance Agency, INC for several years now, and I must say that their service has been average. The staff is generally helpful and the claims process is fairly efficient. However, there have been a few instances where I felt they could have been more proactive in addressing my concerns. Overall, I would rate them three stars out of five.
