Dr Jane Smith and her team are amazing - I have been seeing her for pain in my legs getting laser endovenous ablation treatment for the last 6 months. She has always gone above and beyond to explain what is being done and why. She takes her time with patients and with their treatment plan which is a rare thing today. Other reviewers complaining of lateness can do exactly what I do if pressed for time: a quick call to the lovely front desk staff Matt & Brie allows you to confirm if there are any delays and they have been beyond understanding when needing to reschedule for ANY reason (I travel on short notice a lot). I will soon start treatment with Michelle for my spider veins and BBL - Jane & Michelle ensured they had all previous treatment records to ensure they were doing something effective rather than just taking my money and trying something that might not work - I know I am in safe hands at Veincare.
