After working at military bases thur government contractors for13 years I would unequivocally state Mindleaf was thee WORST of the WORST.
When they first got the bid for the site I was at they came in with such a slash in the current salary which was already low 4 out of 9 employees quite in one week.

They never fulfilled their contract because we were always short because people always always quit because of how Mindleaf treated them. They forbade you to work extra to finish your work. The project managers always talked down to you and were most condescending.

They probably got it from Ann the vice president who was the most hostile. mean spirited person I have ever seen in my 40 plus years in the workplace. Debbie in human resources once literally screamed at me over the phone when I had an an issue that they gave me zero support.

With the pandemic, personal health issues and being exasperated with Mindleaf I resigned earlier this year. The project manager and human resources refused to release my last paycheck because of a technical problem with a new timecard system. I had to contact the president to resolve this. They get nasty with you over any issues you have and constantly send out threatening emails for every little thing .
My sincere advice would be if you ever see a position offered by Mindleaf RUN FOREST RUN.

After almost 3 years , corvid 19 and issues with some staff which they gave me no support I finally resigned.
Debbie in human resources tried to withhold my last paycheck because my timecard was incorrect. She was literally screaming at me on the phone in one instance. I had to reach out to the president of the company to finally get paid.
I advise anyone who sees their name to RUN Forest run.
