The director is a mean old women, nasty to patients and racist. I don't know about Dr. Young however I did write to her my experience about her Director and never received a response. The director told me after missing one appt you are never allowed to come here again ever? Now ask me if that sounds right? My husband drove there 2 times to bring my son to his appt and there was some issue with the insurance card. Instead of them saying because your insurance isn't working just pay this time out of pocket they considered like we were skipping out on our appts even though my husband came in. The reason why our insurance wasn't working for some reason was that my son was a newborn and we came to the first appt no problem but the second appt there was an issue with my husband's job submitting the new social and birth certificate to the insurance company so they blocked the car for my newborn. No Problem though, if we knew we could've paid out of pocket. However she didn't mention this because she didn't want us to return. I am a nurse and I can't imagine any practice that would tell someone that they have a chronic issue of missing appts knowing that it full on well isn't they're fault and now on top of that telling them that they are NEVER allowed to come to the practice again. My husband said when he went there and tried to make an appt for my other kids there was a flag on the account and they notified her and she ran out yelling at him in the lobby. He didn't say a word to her and just took mg son and left. So if your black beware they will try to get rid of you in any capcity. I will definitely not let them get away with this! I will be pursuing other actions. I am very disappointed and I thought I had found a great place for my kids but beware!
