From the day I started my treatment at the TUCC, I have been treated with the utmost respect and caring concern by everyone that has been involved in my procedures and care. From the receptionists to the lab techs to the physician specialists, everyone has been wonderful. I want to give a special thanks to Troy and Iris, for their gentle bedside manner and their sense of humor. Additionally, Drs. Karsh and Gross are compassionate, empathetic and informative. I have found that I don t dread my treatments as much as I thought I would in the beginning. I find that this is all due to the professionalism provided by the entire organization.
