As an online learning platform, my experience with Edureka has been wonderful. One thing that I would explicitly like to mention is about the 'Support Executive' and the online support model they are following. Whenever there is a query , and a new supportive executive is in, he/she picks up from the same place where the previous person had left. In dosing so, as a customer , i don't need to explain whole things from the beginning or wait for the previous person to come back.

Overall I am satisfied with service they have been providing.
