I was a first time home buyer and Kim Keithahn was my realtor. She was AMAZING! She was extremely thorough, patient, informative, knowledgeable, kind, realistic and an overall superb person. She showed me homes based on what I was looking for and adjusted them with my feedback for our next outing. She was intuitive to what I wanted vs needed. I never felt pressured and I could immediately tell she knew what she was talking about. Once I decided on the home I wanted and made an offer which was accepted, Kim made sure EVERYTHING was addressed and taken care of before closing. I am very thankful I had Kim in my corner throughout the process. I highly recommend!
