Took twice but they got it right. Took my car in to get brake pads replaced. After the replacement, I noticed a hot brake smell coming from one of the wheel wells. I took it back and was told they were just wearing in... It wasn't and I ended up damaging my rotor's and pads. To their credit, they replaced the bad parts and comped me the calipers which were the issue they missed the first time around. Wasn't perfect but they made it right when they realized the mistake
