Concept travel and conferences provided an average experience. The customer service was satisfactory, but there was nothing exceptional about the overall trip. The website was easy to navigate, and the booking process was smooth. However, the accommodations could have been better. I expected more from a company that claims to offer excellent travel services. Overall, I feel like there are better options out there.
