I've been a resident of Tern Bay for several years now and have had a generally positive experience with the homeowners association. They do a good job of keeping the community well-maintained and addressing any concerns that arise. The website provides important information, although it could be more user-friendly. Overall, I'm satisfied with Tern Bay Homeowners Association, INC.
