I had a mixed experience with Trimotion. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me with my inquiries. However, the actual product I purchased was of good quality, so I can't complain too much. Overall, I would rate Trimotion as average.
