I had the best experience at Harborview! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and the salon had a great ambiance. The hairstylist did an incredible job on my hair and gave me the exact look I was going for. I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Harborview to anyone looking for a top-notch salon.
