I had an average experience with Infoconex. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took longer than expected to get a resolution to my issue. Overall, I would say their services are satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
