I was referred to Bud by a friend when I needed help to negotiate with my ex-husband, an attorney, who was knowingly and deliberately way out of compliance with our separation agreement, who would not communicate directly with me directly, thereby forcing me to hire counsel.

I liked the way Bud interacted with me, the way he set expectations properly and met his commitments to me, the personal tone he took with me when the process was stressful, and the way he interacted with my ex-husband. More importantly, I believe that Bud's recommendations and approach resulted in my interests being as restored as they could be under the circumstances of a weak original agreement and an ex who did not have the integrity to honor his legal obligations to me.

Not only would I recommend Bud to others who need legal assistance, I already have a multitude of times. And if I need legal help in the future, he's my guy.
