It took me almost a year to decide to start going ...

It took me almost a year to decide to start going to this gym because of the same old reasons everyone says to themselves- will I fail , will I embarrass myself , will someone laugh at me etc. etc. etc. Finally getting the nerve to go was the best decision I ve made in my personal fitness. Now my husband I both go and love it. Jenna has made Bear Barbell a fabulous addition to our community. Everyone is so supportive. Thank you Jenna and all the Bear Barbell family!!
