I have been a customer of EIU, Inc. for over a year now and I must say, their service is average. They provide all the necessary features and functionality, but there is nothing extraordinary about it. The website is user-friendly, but sometimes it can be slow. Overall, I am satisfied with their service, but I believe there is room for improvement.
