I am a CUSTOMER and I must say that my experience with Best electtrical co., inc. was average. The services provided were satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The prices were fair, and the technicians were knowledgeable. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and response time. Overall, an okay experience.
