I had an overall satisfactory experience with eDEAL Tickets. The website is easy to navigate and I found the ticket prices to be affordable. However, the ticket delivery took longer than expected which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, the customer support was helpful in resolving the issue and I received the tickets in time for the event. I would consider using their services again in the future.
