I had a mixed experience with Dots. While their products are of good quality, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a bit longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiry. However, once I did get a response, they were helpful and resolved my issue. Overall, I would still recommend Dots, but with some reservations.
