I had a mixed experience working with Cloud Team Alliance. The website is user-friendly and I found the pricing to be competitive. However, the customer support was lacking. It took them quite a while to respond to my queries and sometimes their responses were not satisfactory. On the plus side, the quality of their service was good and they delivered my project on time. Overall, a decent experience with some room for improvement.
