Where do I begin. First DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. About 2 years ago we had them install a 80,000$ mini split system. It has been nothing short of a nightmare, the whole system has never worked 100% since we have owned it. We have begged and pleaded to resolve the issue. Even going as far as wanting arbitration so we can at least get something back and move on. All the employees say they will talk to management for us to try and have them rip out the system and start over because it was installed improperly... I mean every body that has been here... Jeremy, Jason, Rob... even the dispatcher Isabella... they always tell me they are so sorry and this shouldn t be happening, and that the system should just be removed. .. they come out about 6-8 times a year especially in the summer months because it stops working.... yes it s that bad. Vernitta, which I believe is a manager has given us nothing but empty promises that well if you do this, and it doesn t work we will elevate it . Yet here I am with a broken system once again... they always say a manager will call you back in 10min . And I never get a call back... My family is done... we have been nothing but responsive to every attempt they throw at us to save themselves money and all it has done is impacted my children s well being...

I hope that this reaches someone in that company that actually cares and will end this nightmare. Please just refund us something so we can get away from this horrid company. I am broken man at this point and can t afford another mortgage just to have a system that actually performs as designed and a deal with a company that has pride in its work and respects its customers enough... please help
