This place is so phenomenal. I was able to arrange for side tours on a down day. The tours they arranged with is called Tucanes Tours. The cabana rentals are reasonable. Truly a lovely place to go and relax. Cabana boys everywhere! We saw macaws on tree tops during breakfast, iguanas too. The wait and cleaning staff are so kind and helpful. They smile and are very happy. The pool is not deep and no diving allowed. It s a semi-lazy river. It also has a swim to bar called Zoe s. One advice I would recommend is: have one hour nightly events for kids. Like: popcorn night, cotton candy night, cookies and cream night, s mores night and the likes of it.
