I'm self-employed and despite having run my own business for nearly 20 years that is, apparently, a sin in the eyes of most of the major brokers and lenders.

I approached Vaughan and his team after being treated like a pariah by other brokers and was, from the very beginning, astounded at the difference. In Vaughan's eyes I was a person with a need and his task was to fulfil that need while giving me credibility and respect as a person.

To say that I was impressed would be understatement. I was blown away by their professionalism and their level of care.

At every step in the process they were helpful and efficient. Calls were always returned and they had answers for every question that I had. Pre-approval happened very quickly and enabled us to proceed with the purchase of a new home. Once our decision was made Vaughan was there to smooth the process and we're overjoyed to say that we've now settled and look forward to moving in.

We also look forward to an ongoing relationship with Vaughan and Acclaimed Home Loans as they keep a watchful eye on whether we have the best deal available.
