I have mixed feelings about Docs Dial. While the website interface is good and the concept of the platform is commendable, I faced some issues during the booking process. The available time slots didn't match my availability and it was a bit frustrating. However, once I managed to book an appointment, the doctor was knowledgeable and professional.
