Did not like my therapist, so I called and said I needed to cancel my appointment and would call back later to reschedule. Then I was charged for the next appointment. Called many times to get the money I was charged back. Never got the money back. I have extreme ptsd and am on an extremely fixed income, this was a bit of a blow. Not an atmosphere of caring whatsoever. Felt very much liking taking advantage of sick people.

EDIT: 5 months after leaving this review, I send an email to the practice to get some medical records. The owner then starts confronting me about the review I had left! EXTREMELY unprofessional and disgusting, stay far away from this place
