I am very disappointed with my recent purchase from Lowell running, llc. The quality of the product was below par, and it did not meet my expectations. The website was difficult to navigate, and the checkout process was confusing. Moreover, the customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. I will not be shopping from this company again.
