I went to this school for over 6 years before I left for college and loved it- wouldn't go anywhere else. The teachers are the most knowledgeable ones I've ever met and really push you to your limits. I've seen people of all shapes and sizes come here and all leave feeling better. Great for kung fu and kickboxing but I also fell in love with Jiu Jitsu here. They practice very safely here and no one gets hurt-focusing on technique and form. If I didn't move 300 miles away, I would come here every day.
