I had a mixed experience with Chautauqua Transportation Service. The first ride was great, the driver was courteous, and the vehicle was comfortable. However, the second ride was disappointing. The driver was rude and the vehicle was not well-maintained. The inconsistency in service makes it hard to fully recommend them.
