I have had mixed experiences with Intel marketing corporation. While their website, lizburch.com, is visually appealing and easy to navigate, their customer service has been lacking. It often takes a long time to get a response and their solutions have not always been satisfactory. I believe they have the potential to be great, but improvements are needed in their customer support department.
