Refererance to man arrested for photo of woman under skirt. Any person forfeits a reasonable expectation of privacy in a public place,(Plain view Doctrine). If a woman is dressed in revealing clothes she should expect that expectation of privacy is loss. She should dress accordingly when going in a public. Although anyone has the right to take pictures in a public place, I agree with the arrest of the man taking photos of a sexual nature or intent and should be prosecuted.
