I had an average experience with Kaw Engineering. The quality of their products was satisfactory, but the customer service was lacking. I found their website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, when I had a question about one of their products, it took them several days to respond to my inquiry. Overall, I would say that Kaw Engineering is a decent company, but there is room for improvement.
