From the moment you receive your a phone call to the moment you walk in the door you feel at home. I moved from my hometown in order to work for Avant because of the positive energy I received from my now co-workers. I believe in what we do and what we stand for. The company has core values and holds you to them, this is amazing in my mind. Your voice is heard and valued. I have had some bad experiences with other companies who say they will listen and do not. You are treated as an equal regardless of your title. I have now been employed for 10 months and it never feel like I am going to work. What an amazing feeling!
