I have been a customer of Kanata Licensing Inc. for a few years now and I must say that their service is just average. They have a decent selection of products, but the quality is not always consistent. Their website, othava.com, is easy to navigate and place orders, but there have been a few instances where my order was not processed correctly. Overall, I would rate them as average.
