I recently traveled to Japan and used JapanHabit to book my accommodations. The experience was average at best. The website was easy to use, but the customer service was lacking. I had some issues with my booking and it took a while to get a response. Overall, I would say that JapanHabit is an okay option, but there are probably better companies out there.
